My name is Maythaila, also known as The Black Waldorf. Why so? Well many may believe me that  my persona reminds them of the Queen Bee herself : Blair Waldorf. Bossy, Bitchy, Ambitious, Spoiled, but also very stylish.  But meh we're not there to discuss my sassiness but my obsession for fashion.

For as long as I can remember, I've always been obsessed with fashion. And I blame my mother for it. (seriously, my obsessions for shoes and jewellery comes from her. no kidding). As a little girl, I would constantly draw dresses and do my own runway. I've always been fascinated with luxury ; the lifestyle , the goods and the bad (mostly the spoiled brats I've went to school with , but that's another topic (: )

I've started this blog AGES ago and I have to say that I'me very not proud of myself for not keeping up with it. But as I promised myself this new year that I will go back into the blogging world , well then here I am. I've always wanted to prove that Black girls can do fashion and luxury fashion as well without looking like what we refer as "The New Money". At the time when I started this blog, there were not a lot of young Black successful women blogging their lifestyles and their fashion style also known as the "OOTD's". Throughout this journey , I will share with you my favourite outfits, my favourite bloggers from Toronto and Montreal (I'm all about women empowerment #yeahgirls) , makeup artists , beauty reviews and many more. 

Ok so... Am I insane? Not quite. A snobby spoiled brat?  meh that's up to you to figure it out. A shopaholic? FUCK YES… 

Like I stated previously, I have a love for luxurious things, and I intend on sharing my lust for the exquisite here and for some people they would consider it as bragging. I personally wouldn't consider it as bragging but more like a display of affection for beautiful and expensive things (kindly inserts the nails emoji) Anyways I hope I have not bored you too much with all that blablabla and perhaps , who knows, maybe some of you will even relate to my crazy obsessions.
